• Vermouth

• Orange Peel

• Gin (or Mezcal)

• Campari

Instructions

1. Chill a glass with ice

2. Pour equal parts gin/mezcal, vermouth, and campari

3. Stir well, but not too well

4. Garnish with orange peel
